Reward points are automatically credited to your account 7 days after the delivery date.

Go to My Account page and select Reward Points to check the details.

Once the payment is completed, your order will be transferred to the distribution center and the status will usually change to Preparing Shipment.

So please note that delivery addresses cannot be changed after placing an order.

If you want to change your delivery address, please submit a request via a private inquiry to Customer Service to cancel and place a new order.

Payment cancellation requests are not accepted for orders that have been delivered.

Refund requests will be processed sequentially,

and the transaction date for the refund normally takes 14-30 business days after the refund is completed. 

If the standard time-frame as mentioned above has passed and you have still not received the refund, please contact customer service.
