    • We don't offer change of mind exchanges, but customers are eligible for change of mind returns.

    • How do I find a missing package that shows as delivered?
    • Go to My Account page > "Order History" and verify if your shipping address is correct.

      If your order is wrongly delivered or missing, please contact customer service and we'll look into it for you.

    • Can I change or cancel my order if it has already shipped?
    • You cannot change or cancel your order if it has already shipped. 


      Cancellation of an already shipped order is considered a change of mind return and overseas return shipping fees will be charged.

      In this case, please contact customer service.

    • The time to ship items normally takes 5-30 business days after payment is completed.

      Go to My Account page and select "Order History" to click on the tracking number and delivery status.


      Please note that delivery may take time since all eggiscoming's products are shipped from Korea.

    • Exact shipping charges are calculated at the time of checkout based on the region and weight.


      Customs duties may be imposed during customs clearance based on the price of the items.

      In this case, you may claim the goods after paying the duties.

      Please note that eggiscoming is unable to assist you in this regard.

    • When are my reward points credited to my account?
    • Reward points are automatically credited to your account 7 days after the delivery date.

      Go to My Account page and select Reward Points to check the details.

    • How do I change an order's delivery address?
    • Once the payment is completed, your order will be transferred to the distribution center and the status will usually change to Preparing Shipment.

      So please note that delivery addresses cannot be changed after placing an order.


      If you want to change your delivery address, please submit a request via a private inquiry to Customer Service to cancel and place a new order.

      Please note that cancellation may not be possible if the order has already been shipped.

    • The entirety or parts of orders cannot be cancelled directly.

      Payment cancellation requests are not accepted for orders that have been delivered.

      For such instances, please submit a return request via a private inquiry to Customer Service.


      Refund requests will be processed sequentially,

      and the transaction date for the refund normally takes 14-30 business days after the refund is completed. 

      If the standard time-frame as mentioned above has passed and you have still not received the refund, please contact customer service.
